Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship to Toytown

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
